Applications may be reviewed using AI-assisted screening to support consistency and structured feedback. The goal is not to replace human judgment, but to make the process more transparent, fair, and informative.
Final decisions are not made solely by AI.
Evidence-Based Review
At Thaqa, we believe talent should not be evaluated only through a traditional CV. Candidates may choose to submit supporting materials that demonstrate their thinking, skills, creativity, research ability, or practical experience.
This may include a project, proposal, portfolio, pitch deck, case study, research document, or sample work relevant to the collaboration area they are applying for.
