Thaqa is currently a concept and interactive product demo for the UAE market. It is not a licensed bank, regulated financial institution, investment advisor, financial advisor, payment service provider, or Sharia advisory body.
All information, dashboards, scores, recommendations, projections, Sharia-aligned guidance, financial health scores, and demo outputs are illustrative and provided for concept validation and informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Thaqa website should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, Sharia advice, or a recommendation to enter into any financial product or transaction.
Users should not rely on the website or demo for making real financial, business, legal, tax, Sharia, investment, or banking decisions. Users should seek advice from qualified professionals before making any decisions.
Submitting an early-access request does not guarantee access to the product, partnership, onboarding, approval, financing, or any financial service. Thaqa may contact selected users for feedback, validation, or early discussions.
Thaqa does not currently hold customer funds, provide bank accounts, issue IBANs, process payments, provide financing, or perform regulated financial activities. Any future regulated activity would be subject to the appropriate licensing, approvals, partnerships, and regulatory pathway.
All branding, website content, copy, visual design, product concepts, and demo materials belong to Thaqa or its founder unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the materials without permission.
The website and demo are provided on an "as is" basis for informational and validation purposes. Thaqa is not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of or reliance on the website, demo, or related content.
Thaqa may update these Terms as the concept, website, demo, and future operating model evolve.
